Mentorship Program

The Mentorship Program is a 2-week program wherein a mentee will have a mentor that will guide them as they progress within SS. It does not only focus on guiding members in our agency but also, it brings the main motive in helping create bonds among all membersamong all in the Secret Service. Most importantly, helping Junior Ranks to feel more belong in our agency as this program offers mmentor-mmentee bonding and guardianship towards juniors that will instantly create acquaintances between both parties. It also helps improve and strengthen the relationship within the members in our agency despite what rank they are on.

Priorities

• Help new SS members feel more comfortable and welcome within the agency.
• Guide them in learning the policies and ways around SS.
• Create strong connections and bond with other members.
• Help the mentee rank up faster and motivate them to be active in base.

LEADERSHIP

1iC – Overseer (VK5013)

The main role of the MP Overseer is to oversee that the 2iC and 3iC of MP are on track with their duties & responsibilities and focusing on how to make the program better. Aside from those, she is also the one responsible in making big decisions concerning the unit, making sure that everything runs smoothly.

2iC – Leader (D3athB1ad3_Alts)

The Leader of MP is in charge of overseeing the Event Coordinators sub-unit and the activity checks to check on how the mentors are doing and if they are still active. He is also the one responsible in making sure that the reports and application forms are all updated and checked.

3iC – Control (Smallyien)

The Control of MP is in charge of overseeing the Tracker Team and making sure that the overseers and Mentor Council are still on track and active. He also makes sure that the mentees are to graduate on time and handles the mentors in MP.

Event Coordinators

The Event Coordinators Team is headed by the events overseer and is open for both Trial and Full Mentors. The mentors comprising this team are tasked to develop events such as bonding sessions, info sessions, and workshops so that members are always motivated and informed.

Tracker Team 

Tracker team is introduced so as to support MP in the tracking of mentor’s activity and progress within the unit. It is also a vital tool in helping produce concrete evidence of each outstanding individual in the selection of Mentor and Mentor Council of the Month, and the promotions from Trial Mentor to Full Mentor.
