OOA Training

Fantastic! In this session, I will explain your
additional responsibilities as an OOA+ member.

Please do not go AFK/idle or move around during this
session.

We’ll be having a test later so please try to take note
of what I’ll be teaching you.

First of all, let us quickly go through the 2 new
commands that you should know:

FTSS - Fill the Supervising Stand

FTHD – Fill the Help desk

When filling the supervising stand, please follow these
rules and guides:

1. You are only allowed to use standard yellow chat for
announcements,

unless a Foundation member permits otherwise.

2. Report and request to kick trolls or dragon idling
staff.

3. FTSS can also be used to broadcast important
announcements.

The following actions are prohibited on FTSS:

1. Do NOT use the yellow chat for casual chat/sending
welcome messages whilst in FTSS.

2. Do NOT use caps or spam whilst in FTSS.

3. Do NOT go AFK/idle on this station or any other
stations.

Take note that under normal circumstances FTF and FTS
take priority over any other stations.

However, if there is someone awaiting assistance at
another station, then they will take priority.

Next, we will now be going through the FTHD guidelines
and regulations:

1. Only answer work-related questions, not personal
questions.

2. Do not give partial or false information.

If at any point you’re not sure of an answer, refer them
to someone else.

3. Familiarize yourself with the Policies and the Code of
Conduct on the website under “Policies”.

4. Do not go AFK/idle on this station.

Hold every member in high regard and respect everyone who
approaches the Help desk.

Asking about promotion at the Help desk is not an
offence.

If asked, inform them to continue working hard and that
you will observe them.

If they meet requirements, do promote them using your
reasoning.

Study the links under the “Policies” and “FAQ” sections
on habboss.org after this session

to prepare yourself for FTHD duties.

I highly encourage you to bookmark the following link:
habboss|org/faqs

This will better assist you in answering questions at the
Help desk.

As an OOA member, you are now also allowed to host
in-base games with the In-Base Host badge.

Hosting games is a great morale booster and everyone is
welcome to join in with the fun!

Take note of the following guidelines for hosting:

1. Before hosting, ensure that you have a prize for the
winner.

2. Always follow the rules stated in EP’s In-Base Hosting
guide for how to host.

3. You are allowed to ask someone to post in
#events-announcements to attract more players.

4. Give your players a How To Play as the game begins.

5. Once the game is over, be sure to use the !clear
command and leave the game area open.

6. Always log your games in the #in-base-games-logging
channel in the Secret Service Discord.

Any cases of breaching these guidelines will lead to
disciplinary actions being taken towards you.
