Sponsor of the Month (SPOTM)

Sponsor of the Month (SPOTM) is a monthly incentive that recognizes and rewards the member with the highest number of successful sponsorships each month.

Sponsors are a vital part of the Secret Service, providing the support that helps fund events, incentives, and agency initiatives. Every contribution strengthens the community and allows SS to continue recognizing excellence while creating new opportunities for its members.

Sponsor of the Month (SPOTM) is awarded to the member who demonstrates outstanding generosity and commitment through their sponsorship efforts. This recognition celebrates those whose consistent contributions make a meaningful impact on the agency and help support the continued growth and success of the Secret Service.

Please note that previous SPOTM winners are not eligible to receive the award again for 2 months following their win.

SPOTM Rewards

Winning Sponsor of the Month comes with exclusive perks, including

Eligibility & Rules

Winning Sponsor of the Month comes with exclusive perks, including

  • To ensure fairness, the following rules apply:
  • Highest Monthly Total Wins
  • The member with the highest amount of eligible sponsorships and donations at the end of the month earns the Sponsor of the Month title.
  • Logged Sponsorships Only
  • Only sponsorships and donations that are properly recorded in the Sponsor Log will count toward your monthly total.

No log = No credit.

What Counts Toward Your Total?

Each sponsorship must be greater than 5 credits (5c).
The sponsorship must be properly logged.

You may sponsor:

– IBG
– EP Events
– Units

Sponsorship Value:

  • Unit, IBG, and EP Event sponsorships: Only 50% of the sponsored amount counts toward your SPOTM total.
  • Example: Sponsoring 10c adds 5c to your monthly total.
  • Direct donations to a Financial member: 100% of the donated amount counts toward your SPOTM total.
  • PT Donations: PT is the only unit where 100% of the donation counts.
  • Example: Donating 100c to PT adds the full 100c to your Sponsor total.

Credit Chest Sponsorships

Our Credit Chest sponsorship system is treated the same as a standard sponsorship.

Financial and Foundation members can verify donations made through the Credit Chest, and once they are logged in the Sponsor Log, they will count toward your monthly Sponsor total according to the rules above.
