A guideline on how to log your disconnection post.
Every SEC+ members who have access to Secret Service Discord should post disconnection in server when got disconnected from Habbo client for vouching purpose.
Important Note: Device timestamp is required on alt account’s screenshot(s) but not necessary in main account’s screenshot(s) disconnection.
How to Log Disconnection of Main Account [For Base Activity]
Step 1: Please screenshot your profile as needed to post disconnection
Just go to http://habboss.org/lookup to get your Online Time (Last login).
You may also directly go to https://www.habbowidgets.com/habinfo {Habbo Username} to get your Online Time. Ensure that the online status is set to “OFFLINE”
Mobile/Modern
METHOD 1:
If you’re using http://habboss.org/lookup, search your username and screenshot your Online Time.
Proceed to Step 2.
METHOD 2:
If you’re using https://www.habbowidgets.com/habinfo , make sure it’s on “.COM” for hotel and search your username. Screenshot the profile and make sure last access time is visible.
Proceed to Step 2.
Classic Habbo
METHOD 1:
If you have an alternative account—go to the ‘Friends’ window, search your Habbo, and take a screenshot of your ‘User Profile’.
– Include your Habbo username, “Offline” and your last login time in your screenshot.
Proceed to Step 2.
METHOD 2:
If you have no alternative account, refer to Step 1 in using http://habboss.org/lookup or https://www.habbowidgets.com/habinfo to screenshot your profile.
Proceed to Step 2.
Step 2: Go to Secret Service Discord server > #disconnections. Attach the image of your disconnection by the following format below:

Reason for DC:
Witnessed by: @[1 High Rank+] & @[1 High Rank+]
Screenshot of Online Time:
NOTE: Tag at least TWO members who can act as witnesses to your ALT’s disconnection, and make sure they react to your post. These members should be at the base.
Step 3: After you have submitted the disconnection request for your main account, you may proceed to relogging into Habbo.
Step 4: Once your witnesses have reacted to your request, it indicates that your request has been approved and verified.
How to Log Disconnection of Alternative Account(s)

NOTE: DEVICE TIMESTAMP IS REQUIRED

Mobile/Modern
METHOD 1:
If you’re using http://habboss.org/lookup, search your username and screenshot your Online Time. Red Circle indicate Offline and Green Circle indicate Online. Make sure your account is on red circle to show it’s offline. (INCLUDE DEVICE TIMESTAMP)
If you’re using mobile, two screenshots are needed.
1. Habbo Lookup profile with offline status and Online Time.

If your main account is offline, refer to Step 1 in using http://habboss.org/lookup or https://www.habbowidgets.com/habinfo to screenshot your ALT’s profile. (INCLUDE DEVICE TIMESTAMP)
Proceed to Step 2.
Step 2: Go to Secret Service Discord server > #disconnections. Attach the image of your disconnection by the following format below.

NOTE: Tag at least TWO members who can act as witnesses to your ALT’s disconnection, and make sure they react to your post. These members should be at the base. Additionally, please remember to tag the ALT TRACKERS in your request.
Step 3: After you have submitted the disconnection request for your ALT, you may proceed to relogging into your ALTS.
Step 4: Once your witnesses and Alt Trackers have reacted to your request, it indicates that your request has been approved and verified.
