Recruit Training

Please lead the Recruit to the Recruit Training Room before starting the session.

The room is located next to the Security & HR Simulator teleporters in FTTR. Step on the Trainer’s Group Gate to open the gate to enter the teleporter.

Once inside the Recruit Training Room, step on the Trainer’s Group Gate to access the Trainer’s area.

Always remain seated in the Trainer’s chair throughout the training.

Pay is distributed six times daily at 2/6/10 AM & PM GMT.
Pay requirements:
/ 2 hours online or 30 minutes at a station: Earn 1c.
/ 30 minutes at a station: Earn 2c OR receive a promotion.
/ 1 hour at a station + 1 log: Earn 3c OR receive a promotion.
Relevant type of log(s) for Standard Division: – Getting Promoted Log.
Once you meet the pay requirements,
approach an HR+ (High Rank+) or Help Desk to submit a pay request on your behalf.
Note: You can only request for pay two hours before pay starts.
Actively fill stations during the pay ban period to avoid a 24-hour restriction on pay collection.
Your pay will be credited to your name.
You can check your balance anytime by visiting balance.habboss.org.
You can cash out in 10c increments.

These are the commands you must know in order to function in SS.
1. ATT, Short for Attention. To do: Stand up, wave, and say: Yes sir or Yes ma’am!
2. AE, Short for At Ease. To do: Sit back down and continue where you left off.
3. FTF, Short for Fill the Front. To do: Sit at a front desk and welcome new members, if possible.
4. FTB, Short for Fill the Back. To do: Any place except for stations is considered as FTB.
5. BTB, Short for Back to Base. To do: Heading back to the base.
6. BTW, Short for Back to Work. To do: Promptly return back to work.

These are our General Guidance which you are expected to understand & follow.
1. If a person is being promoted and ATT’ed, do not steal the seat they were sitting on.
It might result in a disciplinary action (demotion/fired).
2. If there are no seats available, you may approach a High Rank to help you out.
3. We have NRW (No Rule Weekend), which is from Friday at 12:00 AM until Sunday at 11:59 PM.
4. If it is not the weekend, you must wear your uniform at all times.
5. When you reach the Scouter Division, you no longer have to wear a uniform.

Bonus System
In addition to 6 times pay a day, members can also earn Bonus Pay through the Points System.
Every 5 minutes, a random member at a station is teleported to the Points Room.
The system rewards active members with promotions, pay passes, and pay ban passes.

Before you leave the training room, ensure that you have
1. Log the Recruit Training Log on habboss.org/log
2. Submit their username for the Pay Sheet at New Guy Form
Remember to turn your color chat off before entering base.
Please remember to log the training that was completed.
If you do not log the training session, you may receive a disciplinary warning.

Once training is done, you can type ‘exit’ to go out from trainer’s area.
If the Recruit failed
Great try, but it didn't quite meet the passing standards.

No worries! We'll review the parts you need help with and redo the test.

Go over the parts they didn’t answer correctly and help them to understand.
