We’re the dynamic force behind the scenes, bringing you the latest scoop and captivating updates on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Discord. Our mission? To keep you engaged and intrigued! Our newsletters are like hidden treasures, brimming with visually stunning graphics and enlightening interviews that unveil the enticing incentives awaiting you within the agency. But wait, there’s an extra dose of awesomeness! We also groove together during our radio sessions, where the beats flow, the laughter echoes, and bonds are forged.

Leadership
Ownership Overseer: jolterbest
Overseer (1iC): Vacant
The Overseer of Social Affairs has the right to open apps and has the duty of keeping the unit active. They are in charge of the External Relations. They also have the right to issue warnings if members have missed their schedule for more than twice.
Leader (2iC): Vacant
The Leader of Social Affairs is in charge of Information Collecting and Graphics units. They create monthly schedules for the SA Newsletters, making sure that the Information Collectors and Graphic members are doing their job. They also has the right to issue warnings if members have not completed their requirements for more than twice.
Control (3iC): Vacant
The Control of Social Affairs is in charge of Public Relations, getting the team to update their portfolios on a weekly basis. They also makes sure that everyone is doing their job and has the right to issue warnings when tasks assigned have not been accomplished.
SOCIAL AFFAIRS (SA)
What Is Social Affairs?
Social Affairs (SA) consists of one team whose main responsibility is creating graphics and content that help engage the community and post updates for what goes around SS. However, our work goes beyond graphics. We also conduct interviews, get to know our members, ask interesting questions, and create content that brings the community closer together.
SA has three main types of submissions: Diaries, Newsletters, and Graphics. Each serves a different purpose and helps keep the community informed, active, and connected.
1. Diaries
Diaries focus on getting to know our members on a more personal level. This includes conducting interviews and asking questions about topics such as their favourite music, food, hobbies, interests, and more.
The goal is to interact with members, learn more about them, and share their answers through an engaging graphic that others can enjoy.
Submission platforms: Discord and Instagram.
2. Newsletters
Newsletters provide short, informative content about a specific topic relevant to the month. Topics can include Christmas, seasonal events, important occasions, or other subjects worth highlighting.
The purpose is to share interesting information in a clear and engaging way, accompanied by a graphic that presents the topic visually.
Submission platform: Discord only.
3. Graphics
Graphics are visual content created for various purposes within the community. These can include event promotions (EP), OTM (Of the Month), SC promotions, announcements, and other graphics needed for community activities.
The purpose is to present information professionally, promote activities, celebrate achievements, and make important announcements more visually appealing.
Submission platforms: Discord and Instagram, depending on the graphic.
Our Purpose
Social Affairs plays an important role in keeping the community connected and informed. Through interviews, newsletters, and graphics, we aim to highlight our members, share relevant information, recognise achievements, and make community activities more engaging.
Although graphic design is our main focus, interaction and communication are equally important parts of what we do. Every submission contributes to building a more active, connected, and informed community.

Content Management Team Overseer: Vacant
The Content Management Team is responsible for creating engaging content and managing the Secret Service’s media presence. The team produces articles for newsletters, gathers updates and information from across the agency, and conducts interviews with members to highlight their experiences and contributions. They also manage the Secret Service’s social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, sharing updates, community highlights, and publishing Anthurium appreciation messages to recognise members and spread positivity within the community.

The Graphics team is a powerhouse of creativity, dedicated to crafting stunning visuals for the official Secret Service social media accounts and Newsletter releases. Their expertise lies in bringing imagination to life, designing eye-catching graphics that captivate audiences and enhance the agency’s online presence. Additionally, when called upon, they extend their artistic talents to create graphics for other Units within the agency.

The Radio Team is the rhythmic heartbeat of our agency, uniting members through the power of music. They orchestrate broadcasts, reaching out to Secret Service members, allies/treaties, and anyone who wants to join in the groove. With their curated playlists, they create an atmosphere of togetherness and joy. Picture them, swaying to the rhythm, situated in a cool, immersive booth, where they spin tracks that make you want to dance.
