Promotion Policy

Observe the person working for the correct amount of time based on their rank.
[Refer below of the Promotion Requirement Details table.]

Promotion Criteria

  • Working on Stations
    • Other than FTF, FTS, FTT, FTTR, FTSS, FTHD and FTTD [Fill The Transfer Desk, For IA], the FTS/FTT back seats are also considered to be work stations. Promotions can be earned there by sending out welcome messages and helping out to supervise the base.
    • FTF is always the main priority as it is the only way for LRs to enter. FTS should be filled in next, then FTT/FTTR, FTSS and so on. If base is above 30 population, station priority is as followed:
Priority Stations if Room Pop less than 30:Priority Stations if Room Pop more than 30:
FTFFTF
FTSFTT
FTTFTS
FTHDFTHD
FTSS

Take Note: Please fill out MAIN seats as back seats are not used to idle and AFK. You may use the Back Seats/Pillow to do so.

Work Records

Work records are accomplished through the following:

  • Training Recruits
  • Scouting for new members
  • Promoting hard-working members
  • Handling disciplinary cases
  • Selling Ranks
  • Transferring members

Through the scrutiny of these logs, it shows whether one has worked enough to receive promotions. For most HRS, having a minimum of 5 different promotion logs and 1 training log will ensure them a promotion to the next division. You may also be promoted due to your Unit contributions which is also very important when you start ranking up.

Working on Extra Tasks

Extra tasks can be given to Personal Assistants or be posted on the forum for members to take on. Extra tasks are usually managed by MoDs+ who have greatly contributed in doing their job in assisting these MoDs. It’s very CRUCIAL that when MoDs promote their PAs that they would include VALID SCREENSHOTS.

Promotion Requirement Details

Please take note that meeting the requirements does not guarantee immediate promotions. These requirements set a bar for promotions to be given/attained. If promotions are given out before requirements are met, it will be taken as a breach of policy and the offender will be disciplined accordingly refer to the disciplinary policy.

Please note that the online/observation time & promotion time difference requirement must be met before any promotions can be given, even if the promotee has already met the workload required for the rank promotion.
