The last rank of Leadership, Prime Minister, is an important one as you will need to prove your activity for a minimum of 2 weeks before you can be promoted to the Room Control rank. It is the highest rank you can achieve without needing to apply for a promotion.

In order to attain Room Control, an iC member must recommend you to Foundation if you have exhibited great activity and performance over the two weeks after your promotion to PM. Your in-base activity, logs on boards, and unit activity will be taken into consideration.
