Guidelines for Training Division

1. While Training
   – Do not go AFK or idle while training Recruits or when filling workstations.
   – Before training a recruit, check if their name is in habboss.org/negative. In this link, you’ll see users who are not allowed to work in the Secret Service.
2. Be Prompt
   – Train Recruits as soon as possible. Do not keep them waiting unnecessarily.
3. Follow the Script
   – Use the provided Training Program Script. It is designed for easy copy-and-paste use.
4. Orientation Training Requirement
   – All users (Mobile & PC) must complete Orientation Training and finish the Orientation Quiz provided.
   – After the quiz is completed, check the results on our Discord server under #training-quiz-results.
   – Only proceed with training if the user has passed the quiz.
   – If the user fails the quiz, they must retake it before training can continue.
5. Failed Trainings
   If a Recruit is going through Orientation, they may be AFK. This is understandable.
   a) If the Recruit is idle or unresponsive during training for more than 20 minutes, you must try to call them out before logging it as a fail.
   b) If the Recruit disconnects, return to base and wait. If they do not return within 20 minutes, log it as a Fail Training.
6. Log All Trainings
   – You must record the outcome of every training session at habboss.org/log. Failure to do so may result in disciplinary action.
7. Chat Formatting
   – Do not use BOLD or RED chat during training sessions.
8. Tour Colors
   – Use only BLUE and GREEN chat when giving base tours.
9. Never Leave Recruits Behind
   – Always ensure your Recruits are guided and not left unattended.
