The Mentorship Program is a 2-week program wherein a mentee will have a mentor that will guide them as they progress within SS. It does not only focus on guiding members in our agency but also, it brings the main motive in helping create bonds between Junior Ranks and members in the Secret Service. Most importantly, helping Junior Ranks to feel more belong in our agency as this program offers Mentor-Mentee bonding and guardianship towards juniors that will instantly create acquaintances between both parties. It also helps improve and strengthen the relationship within the members in our agency despite what rank they are on.

Leadership

Ownership Overseer: Xarith

Overseer (1iC): Xarith

The main role of the MP Overseer is to oversee the 2iC and 3iC of MP and focus on how to make the program better. Aside from those, they are also the one responsible in making big decisions concerning the unit, making sure that everything runs smoothly.

Leader (2iC): Unexpected,,

The Leader of MP is in charge of overseeing the Mentor Council team and the activity checks to check on how the mentors are doing and if they are still active. They are also the one responsible in making sure that the reports and application forms are all updated and checked.

Control (3iC): schafieka

The Control of MP is in charge of overseeing the Mentors, making sure that they are on track and communicative with their mentees. They also makes sure that the mentees are to graduate on time and mentors provide them an effective program.
