Scouter Training

Goes to public rooms and tries to recruit potential members.

How to scout:

• To scout, go to a public room and approach a potential person.
• Engage communication and make sure they aren’t already working in another agency. 
• Do not approach scammers, harassers, or high-level trolls. 
• Ask them if they want to join SS but do not force them to join.
• Make sure to take screenshots of your scouting activity which shows you asking them to join+ their response (either they agreed or not). 
• Remember that a NO still counts as a valid scouting log under “unsuccessful”.If they did not respond, it is invalid.
• Make sure to record all scouting activities.
