Fill the Help Desk
- This station is used for members to ask their work related questions.
- FTHD is prioritised when a member is in need of help.
- Try to help them to the best of your knowledge and seek help from another member when unsure.
- Never give out false information, or information you are unsure of.
- In order to be able to help to the best ability with questions, read up on our policies on our website.
FTSS
Fill the Supervising Stand
- Used to make announcements to base.
- FTTS station should only be used when necessary and not to be used for un-necessary announcements.
- ONLY yellow chat is allowed to be used in the FTTS station when making announcements.
- Refrain from using excessive caps and spamming.
