For an agency to have a successful relationship with its allies, its external relations team must be actively keeping communication with their allies, and being visible on the agency floor. The unit’s members must always formally represent their agency, and keep the best interests of their organization in mind.
For the past few months, these External Affairs members have done exceptionally well with performing their duties and responsibilities as a Representative of the Secret Service.
Our former Assistant Director iLolax has been a member of the External Affair Department since June 2019. From the very first day she became a representative, she has done nothing but do her best in representing our agency. With all her efforts as a representative, she was promoted from this position to being Assistant Director of External Affairs in September 2019. From then on, she has actively participated in the decision-making at the leadership level, managed this department and all of its duties, and ensured smooth communication with allies – especially with our sister agency, FBI NW3C.
With these 3 representatives’ consistent performance and proper representation of the agency, and together with the approval of Foundation, Director of EA aemphatic and Relationships Overseer girlbeibi, they have now been promoted into their new positions in the department.

1. First and foremost, congratulations on the promotion! How did you feel upon knowing you got promoted to 2iC of EA? Thank you so much !! I was really excited to know that I’d be working with External Affairs as a Deputy Director along with Viel. We have been iC’s for a long time and personally, I believe we make a really great team since we’re always communicating and getting to a mutual understanding of topics and decisions that benefit the unit. It has been great.
2. You’ve been a member of EA for a long time now. How has your journey been? My journey was like any other, started from the bottom as a trial, became a full member representing USDF and eventually WH. When I became iC of External Affairs, I was still raw in knowledge within the unit and outside of it, but learned throughout the journey how to handle certain situations, management skills and communication which would be one of the most important qualities. Dealing with other organizations could go wrong or right in many ways, so you have to be prepared for anything they might come up with. Everything I’ve learned so far has been through experiences and then Viel and I kept learning as we worked together.
3. As the new Deputy Director, what are your plans for EA? As for now, we intend to expand our unit with more members this month of October and as our duty, we always keep an eye on potential agencies that could be possible alliances/treaties in the future
