As a High rank you are able to give promotions, demotions and trainings. 

As you get promoted, you will receive more responsibility.

Completing your HR duties will allow you to gain promotions as the higher ranks will watch you.

Please Note: Each division has specific promotion requirements.

1. Give Promotions With Valid Reasons
   Only promote members based on clear contributions, such as:
   – Work in base
   -Efforts in Exclusive Units (EUs)
   – Well-handled tasks or assignments
   
2. Promotion Range
   – You may promote anyone up to 5 ranks below you.
   – Do not promote members who are in the same division as you.
   
3. Before Promoting
   – Check their online time and last promotion date.
   – Make sure they have completed the required workload/logs for the rank or division.
   – If promoting into a new division, verify they meet the division-specific log requirement (see Rank List).
   – ATT (Attention) them out loud before the promotion.
   – Ensure you’ve spent at least 5 minutes observing or working with them before promoting.
   
4. Motto Format (for Division Promotion)
   When promoting someone into a new division, use this format:
   > [SS] Rank [Your Tag] [Their Tag] [AB]
   > Example: [SS] Elite Operative [HR] [EO] [AB]
   
5. Badge Requirement
   – Contact or request a Badge Admin on Discord to accept the required division badge.
   
6. Logging the Promotion
   – Log all promotions at: habboss.org/log → Promotion Logs
   – If training is required for the promotion, also log it under Division Training Logs
   
7. No Early Promotions
   – Do not promote anyone who has not met all requirements.
   – If caught promoting early or without valid reasons, disciplinary action will be taken
