Disciplinary Policy Keypoints

  1. Disciplinary Action Guideline
    – Disciplinary actions should always be used as a last resort and only when necessary.
  2. Who You Can Discipline
    – You may only discipline members who are 5 ranks below you.
    – You cannot discipline members from the same division as yourself.
  3. Evidence Required
    – You must provide screenshots and/or witnesses as evidence for any disciplinary case.
  4. Disciplinary Steps
    – Start with a Verbal Warning.
    – No approval is needed for a Verbal Warning, but it must be given in base with two HR+ witnesses.
  5. Progression of disciplinary actions:
    > Verbal Warning → Strike 1: Written Warning
    > Strike 1 → Strike 2: Demotion
    > Strike 2 → Strike 3: Fired
  6. Approval Requirements
    – Verbal Warnings do not require approval.
    – Written Warnings, Demotions, and Firings require approval from a Room Control+.
  7. Logging and Do Not Hire List
    – All disciplinary actions must be logged at habboss.org/log under Disciplinary or Fired Logs.
    – Anyone who is fired will be added to the Do Not Hire (DNH) list.
    – Always check the DNH list before hiring at habboss.org/negative.
