Help Desk Guidelines
- FTHD takes priority if there’s a member who needs help.
- Only answer work related questions, not personal questions.
- Answer all of your questions to the best of your abilities, do not give out false information. You can always take your time in finding your answers. If at any point you’re not sure of an answer, refer them to someone else.
- Familiarize yourself with our policies.
- Do not go AFK/idle on this station.

Please note that members seek assistance at the Help Desk. Do not blame them for being ignorant. Hold every member in high regard and respect everyone who approaches the Help Desk.
Asking about information for promotions or pay at the Help Desk is not an offence. Kindly inform them to continue working hard and that you’d keep an eye on them/observe them.
