When promoted to the OOA Division, you can earn the title of Staff of the Month (SoTM) — awarded for outstanding contributions. For more information, visit the SoTM page below.

You are now eligible to join these Administrative Units & Exclusive Units (EU) — teams that work on special projects with members from different departments.

• External Affairs (EA) – Responsible for maintaining good relationships with allied agencies through regular visits.

• Mentorship Program (MP) – A program designed to guide and support new members of the agency.

• Incentives Unit (IU) – Tracks and oversees recognition programs such as Trainer of the Month, Scouter of the Month, and Staff of the Month.
